We have teamed up with Owners Villa Marketing to be able to undertake a variety of marketing services for villa owners.
How many times have existing owners, or those new to the task, wished they could cheaply and effectively delegate the entire process to someone else?
Now, at last, a complete service- we will build a villa web site, host that site, purchase a unique domain name , publicise your villa worldwide on high traffic websites, plus handle all guest enquiries and bookings.
The cost for ALL of this is an extremely low USD250 for the first year then USD150 per annum. You can easily pay that for one villa advert alone, let alone hosting and domain registration, have a website made AND publicised- on fee paying sites sites too, plus appear on Tripadvisor! Additionally, we can provide your villa with automated booking and credit card facilities. (Fees may apply).
For confirmed bookings generated we charge a reasonable 12.5% total rental commission from the initial deposit. No booking, no cost. You are of course free to add bookings obtained by you to the live calendar at no cost.
